The amended Strata Titles Act 1985 (WA) took effect as of Friday, 1 May 2020. The changes impact everyone from property developers to tenants, and of course the property professionals who engage with them daily. Although there are grace periods set for select new requirements to ensure those affected have adequate time to meet them, now is the time to review your internal processes and client communications to determine what needs to change.
