Look at the Strata Management Agreement to see what has to be done, If the agreement expires soon, If the agreement does not expire soon, Check to see what has to be done to terminate the agreement., (e.g. some agreements require notice of termination at least two (2) months before the agreement expires), Check to see whether it is an option to terminate the agreement early., (e.g. whether the agreement allows for early termination by mutual agreement and/or whether there is a penalty), If it is an option to terminate the agreement early, Talk to your strata council about changing strata managers, If the strata council is agreeable to changing strata managers, If the strata council is not agreeable to changing strata managers, Consider calling an Extrodinary General Meeting (EGM) for the purpose of changing strata managers, If it is resolved at the EGM to change strata managers, Appoint Johnstone Hocking Strata Management
